Incident investigation assistance: For Fraternities And Sororities - Our Services - College Judicial Consultants

Incident investigation assistance.

Most systems have an investigatory phase of the disciplinary process. Your Greek life advisor, judicial board chair or some other administrator may interview members of your chapter or other people with knowledge of the incident, and gather evidence from many sources. In addition, your national or chapter advisor may follow up for violations of their standards for a different system that is unrelated to the school’s process. Your alumni may want an explanation. How should you respond? What should you say, especially when there are conflicting systems? What happens to you if you discuss certain things? We can help you anticipate and prepare for the questions you will get, understand how your answers may relate to a future disciplinary case, understand the impact of certain admissions, and make sure you understand any additional chapter or individual consequences that potentially comes with any admissions.
